I'm wondering if there is a way to find the dimensions used for a previous conical label file that I've got built.
I tried editing a file but it's not importing it correctly and I might have to rebuild the file and run it through the plug-in again.
after the updating of Illustrator to the 2020 version, Conical Label is no longer working. Is an update planned? Thanks.
Please try the new beta version of Conical Label plugin that supports Illustrator 2020 here: https://boxshot.com/2019/11/23/conical-label-1-3.html
I have problems with Conical Label since I upgraded to Catalina. Do you have a troubleshoot? Thank you very much
Best regards, Francesco

I was wondering if there was a version of Conical Label warp for Adobe Illustrator CS3? I own that copy and I have not found an upgrade solution that is worth it. But if you have an older working version of your software I would buy it from you.
When I enter the dimensions of my conical vessel the warp that is applied to my art seems too extreme. When I stick the label on the vessel it doesn't look straight, the edges curve downward, which I believe indicates the warp has gone to far. Are there any instructions or tips you have for getting it right? Thanks kindly
First, THANK YOU for the easy GLB converter!
Here is a link to a sample FB post with the 3d model:
Looks great on desktop browser, but the lighting is doing some funky stuff when viewed on mobile. There is a very bright pinpoint light emiting on one of the panels, and the other panels are darker when you spin it, like the sun is moving with the box. Any way you know to combat this? Or, is it a FB limitation since these 3D model posts are still in their infancy?
I'm trying to demo the conical label software to see if it's what I need but I can't get the plugin to install!
I've moved the plugin to my Illustrator CC plugin folder but nothing.
Any idea what is going wrong?
