Free camera controls with WASDQE

Navigating the scene to edit things can be a chore. Moving the camera using space is confusing, and can only move along 2 axes at a time. A camera-relative free flight control option would be very useful. The one in the Unity3D editor is a good example: hold right mouse to rotate the camera, then use WASD to move relative to the camera and QE to raise and lower it.

The camera's origin could move along with the camera to preserve the existing zoom / rotation based movement approach.
