Can not get inside of box colour to work
I have followed your instructions on how to create the backside. This works in Illustrator, so I then fill the colour, but nothing I do then shows when I update in Origami. The box has holes in it, yet at the moment the inside is bright white. It should be a dark shade of manila.

Hello Gavin,
I am not sure what was the instructions, but basically all you need is to click Create/Update Backside item in the Illustrator menu of Origami. You should see a new artboard created in Illustrator that you can use to place the inner artwork to.
If you did that and it does't work, it could be because of customized naming that can be done in settings. Please take a screenshot of the settings window of Origami where you can override default names of layers and artboards, and also take a screenshot of the layers/artboards panels of Illustrator.

This looks correct, can I also see the artboards panel please and the overall working area with dielines and art?

Did you not get the Illustrator file I uploaded when I first raised a ticket?

See it now. You put the backside artwork into the Origami Backside layer which is only for dielines and the artwork is ignored there. Consider placing the artwork to a separate layer and everything should work just fine.

I can not get it to work. I have created darker shade of the outer colour for the inside. It is now on the main artboard, on the Origami Backside layer.
How do I get it to work?

You should not put artwork to the Origami Backside layer, it is for dielines. Make another layer and put the backside artwork there.

It doesn't matter. Origami looks for its main and backside layers and then use the artwork of the artboards where the main and back dielines are located. Make another layer and place the backside artwork on top (or below) the backside dieline. It should work then.

aw comon gavin.dodds, Vitaly gave you the right answer, no render or update that it's working? :)
