In Origami 2 you can only make a single shape of a single dieline. So you need to make all the parts one by one and then combine them in Boxshot, Koru or any other modelling software.
In Origami 3 you can have multiple shapes in scene, so you can make each part in a separate AI file and then combine them right in Origami.
