Trying to get a 6 pack carrier to fold up, but running into impossible shape error.

I am trying to get a complex carrier to work and I keep running into problems. I tried with just the outer shape, and that updated fine. I tried adding a few of the less complicated folds in and that was fine, but when I add the more complicated ones in, it ends up giving me the impossible shape error and my fold lines are floating separate from the shape. The original dieline had single line cuts on the inside. I tried making these into shapes and adjusting the crease lines to matchup, but that didn't work either. Has anyone run into this? Here is an image of the dieline:

Can you share the file with this die design? I think it can be folded in Origami

I attached 2 versions of the file. The first is the original and the second is where I tried making adjustments to make it work. I appreciate any advice you can give. Thank you!

Try it with the latest Origami: https://boxshot.com/2021/02/17/origami-3-1.html - it will show a number of issues of the dieline. I would start with fixing them and seeing if it helps. Then we can go from there.

+1

there you go, this way it folds nicely :)

But you have forgot to count in the material thickness. this way the backs and fronts WILL push through each other in Origami when two surfaces hit each other (Handle and the 180° folds) even at 0.01mm material thickness.

Thank you Vitaly and Claudio. I am going to work on this today to make it work.
